The Resort Airline Check-In Service at your Disney resort is only available if you are flying domestically (including Puerto Rico) on the following airlines: AirTran, Alaska Airlines, American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, United (also TED) AND USAirways. It is a complimentary service. I have used this many times and I love it. The only issue with this service for most is that you cant use Southwest with it right now.
This service allows you to check your luggage at the resort and receive your airline boarding passes on the day of your departure. This service is separate from Magical Express. You do not have to participate in Magical Express to utilize the Resort Airline Check-in Service.
There is a Check-In Desk located in or near the Lobby or near the outside entrance at each of the resorts. If you can't find it ask in the lobby.
The hours are:
The desks are open every day from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. You can check in no more than 12 hours and no less than 3 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time. If you are flying out early in the morning plan ahead so you may use this great service.
This service is not run by Disney but the TSA and I do tip them but you do not have to. I usually only have one bag and like to give them $5.00
You will need your ID (passport or license) to check in for this service. You should also have your room key with you to prove you are staying at a WDW resort but I have never been asked for but you never know.
