That sounds like a great place for a wedding. We will miss you by a few weeks. A group of us are sailing on the Wonder in Oct, 2010.

Welcome aboard, Karen! I'm relatively new here, and the people on this site have been incredible! You will love it! On a side note, Chan, I just noticed how it now says "loves surprises" under my screen name. I cracked up out loud.

Love it!
I'll be there Oct. 15-20. Where are you staying? We will be at the Poly and GF.
We took a Disney cruise a long time ago when it was the Big Red Boat, run by Premiere Cruise Lines. I am sure that the Disney owned boats would be so much better. Can't wait.
Off topic, but since you live in Miami you will be the best person to ask this. How hard would it be to get from the Miami airport to Ft Laurderdale airport? My DS and his DGF will be living in St. Kitts for a couple of years and it is not easy to get to and from there. The plan now is for them to meet us at Disney in April. The easiest way I can find so far is to fly into Miami on American and then take SW from Ft. Laurderdale, Or would it be easier if they rented a car and drove to Orlando? How long would it take them to drive?
Chan, I am so glad you are going on the cruise too.

ahhh we can meet up too. Let me know your schedule. Were staying at POFQ.
Okay, let me see if i understand what your saying. They would leave St Kitts and land in Miami, then drive to ft lauderdale airport to take another plane???
They would leave St. Kitts and land in Miami on American Airlines. To go to Orlando from St. Kitts on American would be about 27 hours,

and they would still land in Miami. There is one early morning flight from St. Kitts to Miami that is less than three hours. Southwest flies out of Ft. Lauderdale, I know it is close to Miami but not sure how close. Is it doable to take a taxi to Ft. Lauderdale? Another option would be to rent a car in Miami and drive to Orlando. How long would the drive be? I think either of those options would be a lot less than 27 hours. Doesn't seem to be any easy way to get to St. Kitts. We would need to book the flight to and from St. Kitts as soon as we know our dates.
It would be fun to meet up somewhere. When my plans and yours are firmed up we can try to find a place and time to meet.
Thanks Karen. It looks like driving would be the best option. Doesn't look like it would save any time by flying.
